Business Services
Beyond mailbox rental, package receiging and shipping services, Beavership offers various business services to the local community as well as nearby small businesses. These services are available for both our mailbox customers as well as walk-ins who do not use our mailboxes.
Whether you need to print a few pages, drop off a return, send a fax to the government, or quick access to a computer for an interview or to submit an application, Beavership is a quick walk or drive away.
We are conveniently located at 1025 King Street East in Cambridge immediately near multiple bus stations. Being on a major street, parking can be a challenge if you are driving, however there is plenty of parking at the nearby Giant Tiger department store which is just 3mn walk away.
Drop Off / Pick Up Services
Beavership is a drop off and pick up location for Oricargo, Canpar and its affiliated companies (Loomis, ICS Courier); we are in talk with major carriers in order to allow clients in Preston and Cambridge to drop off their shipments at our location. More details to be announced soon.
Returns Management
We are an authorized PudoPoint location and welcome all users returning items through the Pudo network in Cambridge and nearby cities, to drop them off at our location.
Beavership stores will also serve as return address for our own EasyReturns services, to be announced in the coming weeks.
BeaverCollect
BeaverCollect is a new service available at Beavership through which local home businesses and ecommerce stores can offer in-store pick up for their customers, using Beavership stores, extending their online operations to an offline presence. By adding a physical pickup point to their business, BeaverCollect subscribers can increase credibility, ultimately improving sales and customer experience. The service starts at $47/month for up to 50pcs small size products stored for customer pickups, with additional items being charged at $2 per pickup.
BeaverCollect is currently in beta and available only through our Cambridge store. Business mailbox customers get a 50% discount on the monthly fee.
Print, Copy & Scan
Need to print an email, copy a few pages or scan a document? Get them done economically at your Beavership store. Contrary to UPS stores, Fedex ShipCenters or Staples, there is no handling or computer use fee when printing at Beavership.
Pricing for print, copy and scan services as below (A4 paper size):
-Black & White: $0.25/page
-Colour: $0.75/page
-Scanning: $3 for up to 5 pages, additional pages $0.5/page

Faxing Services
Not sure how we are still using faxes in 2025, but here we are. Send faxes at Beavership for just $3 for sending up to 5 pages (US & Canada), plus $0.75/page for additional pages (if more than 5 pages). Need to receive faxes? Send your recipient our fax number and receive faxes at our store for just $1/page
Our business mailbox customers can send out up to 5 faxes per month, and receive 10 pages of faxes each month, absolutely free.
Passport Photos
This service is currently unavailable and will be launched in the coming weeks.
Luggage Storage
Beavership provides short-term luggage storage for anyone one passing through Cambridge or Region of Waterloo International Airport. For each bag, we charge $7 per day or $35 per week + HST for this service (all charges prepaid). All luggage are stored in a secured location with 24/7 alarm and video monitoring. Please call us for space availability prior to dropping off your luggage.
Computer Access
We offer fast internet access in our store on the latest hardware. Whether you need some quick work done or need to hop on a Zoom or Teams meeting, you can get it done at our store.
Computer Support
Is your computer acting up? Need help with reinstalling Windows or have a few questions about using your computer? We can help.
Our computer support services start from $25 each time. Please chat with us online or call us to obtain a more accurate quote prior to coming to the store.
Laptop Rental
Need access to a laptop for a day or two? Get one at Beavership for just $25/day. All laptops come with Microsoft Office suite as well as most popular applications.
A deposit or credit card pre-authorization of $125 will be required as well as a copy of your ID card.
Incorporation Services
In partnership with Kosmos Accounting, you can get your sole proprietorship, federal or provincial corporation registered professionally and promptly. Please contact us for pricing.
All incorporation/company registration clients get their first year Business Mailbox rental service (BeaverStart Plan) 100% free, a $360 value, allowing them to receive government mails and clients/suppliers correspondence or packages for free, while keeping their home address private.
Tax Filing
During the tax season, you can file your personal and business tax at Beavership! Our tax filing service has been launched in partnership with accounting firm Kosmos Accounting and Forensic Services, and starts at $50 only for personal tax.
