What do I need to provide to sign up for your service?

For our mailbox rental plans, you need to provide one primary ID (driver’s license or passport), and fill the registration form.  If you do not have a primary ID, you may provide a secondary ID (health card, student ID, credit card with your name), plus a bill or official document having your name and address.

When can I come to your store to pick up my package?

Our store is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00AM to 7:00AM, and on Saturday from 10:00AM to 3:00PM; for our Cambridge store, you may also call us or send a message to 226-473-0144 ahead of coming to the store to ensure we have your package ready for pick up.

Do you charge extra for notifications?

Nope. Contrary to competition, all email and SMS notifications sent by Beavership Canada are free of charge.

What is needed to collect a package?

Simply show the QR code on your email notification to collect your package. If you do not have that QR code, you will need to provide a piece of ID.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay us using all major credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac, UnionPay). We also accept PayPal and cheques. If you are coming to one of our stores, you may also pay us in cash.

Do you have physical mailboxes?

We currently do not have physical mailboxes however those will be available in coming months at no extra charge for our members/subscribers.

Can I receive packages at your store without a monthly subscription?

Clients who only need to receive a package every now and then may choose to sign up for our BeaverFlex service, where they pay only when there is a delivery: $1 per letter, $3 per small/medium package, and $5 per large package received. There is a one-time set up fee of $10 to get their BeaverFlex account set up. BeaverFlex users are not considered Beavership members and do not have access to the same benefits as those members. They also do not get a private mailbox number, all packages should be sent to:

Do you have other locations?

We are currently open in Cambridge, Ontario only, with more locations planned for 2025. You can check our upcoming locations here.

Can you store be used to drop off packages with prepaid labels?

We currently only accept drop offs for Canpar. We are working with other carriers to enable additional drop off options at our store in the coming weeks.
